What are 'Custom Scene' orders?
A 'Custom Scene' order is a request to create a new custom scene and render it with a selection of digital materials.
'Custom Scene' order checklist:
All 'Custom Scene' orders should provide:
- The desired render image resolution (Full HD, 4K, or 6K)
- A detailed 'Custom Scene' brief
- A list of the digital materials to be used for rendering and instructions for where they should placed in the scene
Steps for placing a 'Custom Scene' order:
- Start by compiling a detailed brief using the Guidelines for creating 'Custom Scene' briefs
- After compiling the brief complete the 'Custom Scene' order form
- Email the completed form and brief to services@twinbru.com

What happens after I place my 'Custom Scene' order?
- After receiving your order we review it and assign one of our dedicated project managers
- They will then work with our team of 3D artists to create the scene - if further information is required they'll contact you
- Once the model is complete you'll be invited to join an fTrack review to assess the scene and provide your feedback or approval
- After approving the scene our team of 3D artists will prepare it for rendering in your selection of materials - if further information is required they'll contact you
- Once rendered you'll be invited to a second fTrack review to assess the renders and provide your feedback or approval
- As a final step after your approval the renders are transferred to you via WeTransfer
