Introduction
To support a full-service experience, Bru Textiles offers a tailored visualization service to customers ordering samples directly through us - helping them create unique, market-relevant visuals.
The standard sampling offer includes:
- Scene modifications are limited to fabric exchanges.
- Scene selections must come from our designated Google album.
- A limited number of models within a scene can be omitted upon request.
- Each request will be carefully reviewed to assess the impact and feasibility before changes are applied
- More complex alterations, such as layout changes, lighting adjustments, model insertions, or emptying of the room are excluded from the offer and will incur additional charges.
What we need to proceed

- Use the Curated Scene Order Form or designated Google album for easy selection. - Clear identification of the objects requiring fabric changes

Resolution requirement
- Default output: 4K @ 300 DPI.
- If higher resolution is needed, it must be explicitly specified as the project is submitted.
Timeframes
Estimated delivery times for scene adjustments:
These timeframes apply to a single render.

For multiple renders, add approximately 1 day per render.
Important note: Timelines may extend depending on customer responsiveness and additional edit requests during revisions
Adjustment awareness
- There is a limit of 3 rounds of revisions, to maintain efficiency and clarity.
- Customers need to be added to the fTrack review for revisions.
fTrack is a platform used by TwinBru for reviewing and managing visual content. Customers will be invited to join the fTrack review to provide feedback and track revisions throughout the project.
Deadline awareness
- A clear deadline must be communicated as the project is submitted and tracked by the sampling manager.
- As the sampling manager has oversight of operations and is aware of internal timelines, they are best positioned to ensure customers understand the urgency and delivery expectations.
